Please note for shoots outside Central Coast and Lower Hunter, NSW there may be a small travel fee,  this is determined at the time of booking as it varies per location.

This cost will be include time in travel, car hire and / or accommodation where relevant.

Interior + Architectural

Exclusively Photography

We understand not everyone needs editorial styling, whether you have organised your own stylist or you are doing it yourself, this is the perfect option for you!

Our experienced professional interior + Architectural Photographer will capture your project to its full potential. Following your brief as well as our creative and trained eye. We still want to ensure you get the most out of your professional photos, so if required, we will provide you with our recommended guidelines for presenting the home prior to the shoot, with all our best editorial styling tips to add the finishing touches to your space prior to our arrival.

Please note, these packages do not include the supply of any styling props. (These packages below are inclusive of a Standard Non-Exclusive Image Usage Licence for one business in which the images are ONLY to be used for your own marketing. PR, website and Socials. Not to be distributed to other businesses)

Photography - 15 Images

$500 + GST

    • 15 Images - Professionally Captured and Edited

    • 2 - 4 Hours of Onsite Photography

    • File Handling Image Processing, Editing, Retouching

    • High Resolution Print files supplied

    • Low Resolution Web files supplied

    • One Local

    • Each room with be shot on the brief - often including horizontally for web sites, detail / vignette shots & portrait magazine style image for social media & editorial application

    • Usage - Standard Non-Exclusive Image Licence - Licence is only for one business with permitted use to use them across your own Marketing, PR, Website & Socials.

      Not to be distributed.

    • OPTIONAL: Shout out to your Business on our Instagram on Shoot Day via a sneak peak behind the scenes story!

    • Suited to Smaller Projects ( 1 - 2 Bedrooms )

    • Those wanting to capture only the hero shots if it is a large property

    • Those who do not require styling

  • Cost Share Image Licence Option - Each additional Licence can be purchased at $150 + GST per business to obtain their own Non - Exclusive Licence.

    The total cost may then be split amongst all parties licensed. The perfect option for gaining you maximum exposure and keeping costs down.

    Unlimited Non - Exclusive licence for Product Based Business - $200 + GST

    If you are a product based business and would like to distribute the images to your stockists and suppliers you will need to upgrade to our unlimited licence.

    ADDITIONAL IMAGES - $30 + GST

    Additional images may be added to your pack at $30 per image + GST

    74 Hour EDITING RUSH FEE - $150 + GST

    If you know that you have a short turn around time when booking, please notify us at the time of booking so we can priorities your editing to meet your deadline without the cost of a rush fee. However, we know that things pop up last minute. Soothes option can be added last minute, which allows us to work overtime to meet your deadline.
